For many people, their job is something they do to pay the bills and provide for themselves. To me, what I do is a direct reflection of who I am and what I believe in. That means the organization or company I work for must actively work to dismantle systemic injustices.
My passion is my best asset. I will continue to remain committed to organizations that not only help me grow professionally, but also allow me to utilize my own privilege(s) to contribute to dynamic, sustainable change, to reduce social and geographic inequities/injustices worldwide.
